If something is not working, you have a question about your account, or you simply want to share an idea, we would like to hear from you.

Email chimbaproductions@gmail.com. When reporting a problem, include your device type and a short description of what happened. Please never send your password or Google sign-in credentials.

Account and data requests

You may request access to or deletion of your Idle Birder account data by emailing us from the Google email address connected to your game. We may need to confirm account ownership before completing the request.

In-game feedback

You can also use the Feedback option inside Idle Birder. Adding a reply email is optional.
